How many of the five a day does it satisfy?
I just cooked some with the left over veg from Sundays dinner. Potato, cabbage, carrots and swede. This is what is left after my breakfast:hungry:

It's the half-bottle of red wine you drank with it that caused your focusing issues with the photo, I guess.

booze and cake

probably out cycling
If I remember correctly potatoes are'nt considered one of your 5 a day, (but strangely sweet potatoes are, I assume this is because veggie dodging Brits would think that a multpack of crisps might meet their daily requirements^_^).

So looks like you're down to 3 of your 5. Its perhaps not the most photogenic food in the world, in truth it looks like it fell out the back of a horse ^_^...so being in focus wont save it.
We hardly ever make bubble and squeak with actual leftovers, as we've usually hogged the lot the day before. I sometimes make extra spuds for stovies the next day though.
I normally cook extra veg especially for Monday or Tuesdays Bubble.

I will be taking an apple, a pear and some grapes to work later, so I should be up on the deal.

Bubble may not look good in a photo, especially the one's I took today, but it don't half taste good!
