Edinburgh Bus Terminus's and Bus routes

Here is the No.7 at the Royal Infirmary Terminus in Edinburgh -

the No.7 Travels Between Newhaven and The Royal Infirmary, Via Newington, Liberton, Ferniehill and Gilmerton

and here it is at the Newhaven terminus

The bus takes 1 hour to do this 10 miles so it is beatable on the bike following the same route, quite hilly in places going up through Liberton. And if you take a direct route like a normal cyclist it is only about 6 miles so very easy to beat

the first picture is from a couple of years ago, you will note my lid has lost its silly plastic shell since
