Buying a Shimano wheel - does it come with everything i need?

I am looking to buy a shimano front wheel, probably a WH-RS300. They appear to come with QR skewers but do I need to buy an axle, rim tape and hub or is this all included in the box?

Also, are they tru'd at the factory or will I need to take it somewhere for that?

I would say that it is not always a given that rim tape will be included.

I've bought wheels and NOT had rim tape included but they've always had an AXLE!

I bought a Shimano RS501 wheel set last year, they came with QR's and rim tape.
