Was confirmed yesterday that I have secured a teaching job in Hong Kong, starting late Summer 2014 for a 3 year minimum contract

Always helped by my bf's parents being headteachers

Cannot wait, haven't been this excited since childhood Xmas

I went to HK on a work trip for 4 days or so, about 10yrs back. Wow, what a place! In fact my kids still have the silk pyjamas I bought them there. But they don't fit them any more. I nearly bought a suit (made to measure) but didn't. I was invited to dinner on one of the islands (name escapes me) ... the food was ace!! And the boat trip over was mad! But fun mad!
