Cable replacement issue

Hi.
Any ideas how to replace the inner brake cable on this lever, there's no screw holding the barrel holder and I cant find out what make it is.

Nope, I've tried pushing it through with a small screwdriver whilst using another one to try and raise it.

Difficult to see, but it looks as though the cable should be pulled through and upwards, then the barrel manoeuvred up and out.

Might be easier to pop the lever off the end of the bars so you can rotate the lever more to pop the cable out. It also looks as though you can internally mount the cable as well as there appears to be two nipple positions. Take the lever off the bars to get better access.
