Will new Campag 10 speed groupset fit my Specialized Allez, which currently has Shimano?

It will, except that you'lll have a Shimano-splined freehub. Options here are :-
Get Campag-compatable wheels,
Get a shimano-splined cassette that has Campag spacing. Byercycles do 'em.

Do you just fancy a change?

Yes, your new groupset is a complete set but you will need to find a solution for your wheels as your new cassette will not fit onto your current wheel without changing the freewheel. It may be cheaper and simpler to buy a new wheeld.

Yes, I just fancy a change. I want to start a bit of upgrading. My father in law told me on my wedding day "the woman you marry is not the woman you end up with". I'm quite new to cycling but it seems that "the bike you buy......."
(still married after 18 years)
