Does any one have any experience of Campagnolo clothing, all my current gear is Altura and Altura considers me a large but Campagnolo clothing seems to have very strange definitions of sizes.
A large has waist 92-96cm or 36.2-37.8 inches, according to the size chart I could fit a small, which is plainly wrong.

I have some Campag bib shorts and bib tights, both of which are medium. I've got about a 31" waist (give or take), and they fit me fine. A medium might be a bit big for someone slimmer though.

I've got a campag jacket somewhere, I can't remeber the exact size but its a really good fit for me. Iirc sizes are based on Italian folk, so for the bibshorts which I never bought I was looking at an Italian large even though I'm only a 29inch waist but I needed it for my massive height, 5 foot 9 LOL.

Can't help with the shorts but I've just bought a Campagnolo jersey from GB Cycles' sale.

I'm a 43" chest and 34" waist and had to get a XXXL size jersey. The XXL would have been OK if I had wanted a skintight racing look, which I didn't.
I'm a xl in Endura and Oakley jerseys.

The Giodana shorts I own are a XXL compared to the large Lusso shorts I own.

Why do the Italians make their clothes so small?

Congratulations on being a normal body shape!

It's really irritating to be on the upper end of the clothing range. I am hardly a specialist demographic!
