I live near Spalding in South Lincolnshire and there's nothing on my doorstep so to speak. From what I've researched so far I'm looking at an easy 3 hour round trip by car to find a shop where I can physically see cycle wear. And finding an online store is just as complicated. Any suggestions for both real and virtual shops would be much appreciated, as well as recommended brands for an out of shape 50yo. And nobody say the H word!

I like planet x and decathlon , out of the two decathlon has the best return and kit and you can try stuff on although the nearest to you looks to be rushden lakes ? about 50 miles away .

Firstly, I said "nobody say the H word!" Already looked, their clothing section is a token gesture in branch. The bikehut team only has one member of staff who actually rides a bicycle.
Secondly, I can't end up looking like that, I don't have a flat bar cycle :okay:
