Cheap ones often have no built-in means of removal. SOP is to dismantle in situ (the cone has a LH thread; use a hammer and punch in the two dimples). You often need to remove sprockets first, using two chain whips. Eventually you're left with just the body screwed to the hub (normal RH thread) which will have two flats where the pawls sit. Use a big vice on them and turn the wheel, or a large spanner and a mallet.

Tredz have a rear wheel for £37, for rim brakes and screw on freewheel. So do a cost comparison, before buying tools or going to the LBS.

My LBS used to remove something like that for a fiver. Just to encourage people to cycle and take an interest.
