Found this in a clear out of a mates shed. Curious as to what it is?

Yes, the straps are toe clip straps, not part of the tool, but might have been used with the tool

because you find 4 bits of stuff in the clearout of someones shed why do you think they go together to make a bike tool??? Mind you it would make an interesting new thread to see other peoples challenges with 4 bits found in the corner of a mates shed

I agree, I have many doofers.... I also have a hamerfer, my mate said , "whats a hamerfer" …..knocking nails in , obviously
