Can I salvage my power meter pedal?

My bottom bracket broke the other day, so cranks only fit for bin now. Because they fell off I didn't have the bike to leverage against when removing the pedals (power meter). Got left off ok, but right still stuck in crank arm as hex has started to round off. If I take it to my lbs, and if they can remove it intact, will I still be able to reattach it to my new cranks? Just by getting the thread started and then it will self-tighten through pedalling action? They're pretty expensive pedals to replace so I'd really rather not have to bin them off.
Thanks for reading

If you got the pedals out there is also the rounded hex head issue. Do the pedal suppliers do replacement spindles that you could swap it out for to make good the damage? If not, does it not just create a problem for the new crankset?

If the cranks are only fit for the bin, could you get them in a vice and then use a padel spanner as opposed to a hex key to break the bond and unscrew the pedal before going down the LBS route. I can’t tell from the picture if this is possible or not.
