I really liked the home screen on my old phone - I had a pic downloaded many moons ago from somebody hereabouts, with a simple clock/weather widget on top. I've managed to transfer the image to my new phone, but I can't for the life of me remember what the widget was, nor can I find it, or anything quite like it. Most of the ones I've been browsing through are far too busy & inyerface. Can anyone tell me what this one is?

I believe its the AccuWeather widget.
Thanks for responding, but...I just went to check it out & it looks like many of the ones I've been looking at - just takes over the whole screen.

I just want one that has a simple time plus very basic weather info, in maybe a fifth of the screen.

Or am I missing something? (Let me be first to confess I'm a complete numpty when it comes to phones. PCs I can just about do, but I've never really got over the loss of the revolving dialler.)

Could it be part of the HTC setup.

Just searched my desk for the old HTC phone I use as a satnav. It has a similar HTC widget called Weather Clock. Is your new phone an HTC?

 that's not a widget that is a shortcut. What happens if you press and hold the screen? (not the clock)

As it's an HTC widget it may not be available for the Moto. You could try to find the file & copy it over.
Are you positive it's an HTC widget? I ask because I think I remember choosing & downloading it. I'm going back 18 months, and I can seldom be entirely sure about last Tuesday, but that's how I remember it.

If it is an HTC widget, can anyone suggest a downloadbale alternative? All I want is something that sits there all the time, without taking over the whole screen.
