Can you wheelie ?

The last time I can remember being able to wheelie sustainably was around 1979 - I was about 8 years old and for some reason my sister's bike was easy to wheelie, but mine wasn't, so I rode hers as much as I could. I've never been able to repeat that on any bike since.
 
To be fair I have nearly done one a few times on our folding ebike

Full assist and sit on the saddle then pedal to get away from traffic lights and the front wheel often lifts off the ground a bit

not very stable!!!

No, but I've pulled a few accidental ones accelerating too hard in a low gear whilst pulling away from a Give Way line in a hurry.

A lot of unplanned ones when built cycles with long chrome forks. Done by hammering the regular forks flat and two halves of a tube from a dress rail with axle notches cut out. At 15 I probably thought it looked awesome. Bugger to ride though.
