I really need glasses, I read this thread to be 'Carnal Boat Holidays'
Moonboats have jacuzzi and large beds, so it is possible if you are that way inclined....

Well? You can't leave it like that! Where is it and how much?
Its up for £18000 & its moored in Harlow, Essex.
Its a beautiful boat - very well cared for & much loved....they're just struggling with the locks now as they're getting old!

Canals are another world. people are friendly and wave at you and smile. plus the pace is so slow its wonderfully relaxing.
when you finally get back to real life it appears that all cars are travelling at 100mph and everybody is an ignorant sod with a glum face.

Well, narrowboat people tend to be nice. Some of the plastic gin palace people are ghastly.

A bunch of them laughed when my pants blew off our washing line into the canal.

Think it's just going to be the two of us, and we're planning it for next summer, so plenty of time to save / pay up.
if it's just the two of you then I'd avoid canals with big staircases - you'll get pretty pooped opening and closing locks.
