Try giving Jason a bell (Malcolm's son) he comes up with the odd 'cracker', he has also fitted a few cars with "Quaife" 6 speed gearboxes and 'Limited Slip' Diffs. Mind you Jason drives a 'Hearse' (9-5 'Wagon') but he has fitted a 9000 motor in it (420-450 BHP)

@raleighnut - I've had a couple of 'tweaked' Saab's: my 9-3 Aero was up to 280hp from 210 and the 9000 CSE was somewhere around 300 but would pop the turbo pipes at full chat. Mind you that cost me only £600 so I couldn't complain

You are Alan Partridge AICMFP.

We clearly have very different takes on what constitutes style, but by my definition, which is to say a car from which you never look at another and wish you could swap, and which you drive with the feeling that other drivers wish they could swap with you, by far the most stylish car I've ever had was a black Mk1 Golf GTi convertible. I can honestly say that in all the time I had it I always felt that if money was no object, I'd still want to drive this.

I've been looking at them a while and I only like the MK1's and only in silver. They don't have much "style" though, not in my eyes anyway, or I think I'd have bought one by now.
