If you can find one a SAAB 900 'Carlsson'

You'll struggle to find one for £4k these days. I've looked.

I believe Burt Raynolds used to have one of them.

I like that but without the chrome bumpers it's not a looker, also no diesels for me. Been looking at these this morning.

You are Alan Partridge AICMFP.

We clearly have very different takes on what constitutes style, but by my definition, which is to say a car from which you never look at another and wish you could swap, and which you drive with the feeling that other drivers wish they could swap with you, by far the most stylish car I've ever had was a black Mk1 Golf GTi convertible. I can honestly say that in all the time I had it I always felt that if money was no object, I'd still want to drive this.

I've been looking at them a while and I only like the MK1's and only in silver. They don't have much "style" though, not in my eyes anyway, or I think I'd have bought one by now.

Haha, here's mine, Quattro Sport 240! Man who sold it to me said it was going up in value, said it would soon be worth a fortune .....................
