After replacing my entire crankset with carbon spiders, carbon cranks along with titanium and carbon look keo2 pedals. I though I was missing something, So now have a set of carbon chain rings coming.

They are made with areo space grade carbon and look quite nifty imho and ultimately they save weight and rotational mass.
Im curious regarding if anyone else has used carbon chain rings and their experience of them. Or any thoughts people have regarding them.

My thoughts are you and your bike combined weigh less than my right leg . They look pretty bad ass though you reckon they will suffer any more chain wear than a regular set of rings or not ?

Apparently the wear rate is slightly higher, but nothing excessive from what I have been told and they do have a guarantee.
I am more concerned about the shifting and if its possible to shear the teeth off, but only time will tell. Im hoping that the accurate shifting of Di2 ensures this does not happen though

IMO, there are certain things that look lame when made from carbon, chainrings are one of them!

No technical input!
