This part sir the submerged area is this normal?Dunno about the marks as can't make it out from photos - but in last one the steerer bung is not sitting down in the steerer fully...

The steerer is Clean sir.It looks like the fork has a manufactured 'indentation' that can be seen in the second and third photo (never seen that before) - but also in that photo looks like a crack. Is the steerer clean or does it have paste all over it? How deep is the crack?
There is no crack sir. Its still be safe to use? The stem did that indentation they said that its overtightenedAny cracks to be seen? Did the stem make those indentations or are they a natural part of the steerer?
