Cat's water consumption

Our 2 very rarely drink from their water bowl.
Sam prefers the bathroom sink or the neighbours garden water feature
He used to drown his toys in the water bowl when he was a kitten

Our youngest one will soon be thirsty especially at gas mark 4, this evening she made herself comfy in the roasting tin as i hadn't put it away after yesterdays Sunday roast...

Our older cats always seemed to drink a lot more vs the younger ones, i remember our last old fella that drank from the dogs water bowl on most days.
