I like it pureed too, as a creamy nest for scallops and some crispy pancetta..... oh oh oh and lightly curried as a soup.

Oooh... Cauli and cheddar soup, or Cauli and thyme, or both.

Very nicely I imagine, veg takes a curry better than meat.
