I've chosen a fairly flat 72km course. I could've picked one with more hills but this should keep us together longer. It can be hard to stay in the draft so don't worry about it too much.

Tell me about it 2 large coffees later I'm feeling a bit more awake

That was a nightmare. Ah well!

As you can see it's relatively flat one. Hopefully we just tick away the miles. I'll do the full warm up then a slow roll out. Definitely not a race... well till the missus starts nagging at least
