Just thinking is 15 minutes ample time to get to start from Glasgow?

I think the start has been delayed til' 10.30 so you'll be fine. You'll need 30/40 min cycling time from the city centre due to traffic lights, working out where you're going! etc...

CC Ecosse rides are as Col and Rasmus say - social rides on any roadworthy bike wearing whatever kit you have/fancy. No one will be left behind or made to feel they are slowing up the group. It's not like a bike club ride with folks taking pulls at the front etc... Those at the front are on a leash and must stop and wait from time to time (usually when they get lost...)

It's all about the cake!

Sounds like this run is going to be good, was hoping to get a shift swop, but more chance of finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow than get a swop on a Sat!
Anyway have fun and maybe, just maybe i'll get on the next run, possibly with a new steed as well (not that'll make me go any faster though  )

Infact, nevermind. I've just ordered some overshoes (team colours, bright orange!) from RibbleCycles, my mudguards from Evans have been dispatched and should be here soon. I'm getting some new shorts from Decathlon and I've got leg warmers along with a lightweight rain jacket. Maybe I am prepared after all

There's a few thousand parking spaces at Xscape - I'm sure one of them will be free...

As Rasmus said there is more than amble parking outside Xscape

Really looking forward to sat, fingers are crossed the weather is atleast half decent
