No, it's not. Although it's mathematically easier for me, as my "span" isn't as long as most. :blush:

I can do a minute I know. But when the minute's up I stop. How much more could I do? Who knows. Maybe a whole extra second, or even two.

Less than a minute which is no surprise as my core strength is terrible. Given that I have had lumbar disc and bad sciatica twice, I should really be doing core stuff but I am lazy.

Tried it this morning. With my elbow and hip it hurt as expected.

However, another problem arose. Counting my feet and elbows as one each, I had 3 points of contact with the ground ;)

As above, never tried before but did 1.36.85. I found it OK but the last twenty seconds or so I felt it. I have only ever ridden, walked or lifted for fitness but never actually done it on purpose if that makes sense I am naturally active is the best way to put it perhaps.
