Overtaking on zig zags (means a crossing was there)
Overtaking at a junction
Overtaking a car indicating to turn right
I presume the driver was going to fast
Driving without due care and attention (at minimum, note when the brake lights come on (after he hits them))
Leaving the scene.

Yeh, thanks for that! I don't think the type of car has anything to do with it. I've seen idiots in all types of cars and bikes. What do you drive? is it idiot proof?
