CCTV of gunman shooting cyclist with BB?

This happen to me a few years back, no charges were ever brought as the little darlings mum provided him with an alibi at the time of the shooting, yet earlier this year This happens and guess what, same place and it was the same kid (now adult at 18) that was questioned in connection with what heppend to me.

Still he's 18 now and I pass the same place often, so when I see the little darling, he's going to find out that I hit a lot harder and more often than his air pistol, my time will come

You have misunderstood my meaning I think

All I meant was the boke is an idiot, pretending to be some sort of hard man but with a plastic gun, I completely agree that it's idiotic at best and wants dealing with by the police

I'll admit I have misunderstood your post, now you've explained it.

However when a person comes on & starts giving figure, as I did, that can be misunderstood as well. Its not as though I'm checking/playing with these kind of things every day. I just happen to work in a place that sells that type of toy. Deliberate choice of the cheapest sort available. Go up 50p & you can get one capable of firing metal pellets/ball bearings.

Its also the perfect excuse for the person seen with it, if stopped later. Its a toy for their younger brother/sister.

Thats why I asked for those giving the regulations to give me a pointer in the right direction
