It's in the oven, although with a marinade of olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and garlic.
The Balsamic might be a touch of 'overkill' on the flavour, never tried it in that recipe but I do cook a similar dish with pine nuts and red onion (instead of the leek) but with that the Salmon is cooked on a ribbed Iron Skillet (marinated with Olive oil and black pepper) then served on the 'warm salad'. :hungry:

It was, marinade overpowered it. Still the salmon was good.
