Chain reaction check out problems?

Anyone else had this lately.

Couple of days ago I had this repeatedly and had to give up.

Kept saying there was a problem, then later said my credit card type wasn't valid.

Couldn't be a card/credit/bank problem as I had used it the day before on another site and all was well and in any case the error message came back so quickly it couldn't have been because of a bank check.

In the end I gave up and ordered the same thing from Wiggle - same price of course.

Only thing I could think of was some sort of address mismatch/problem with their system - chain reaction (like some bizarre sites) forces you to put London in as town/city and also county so London appears twice. Wiggle system didn't seem to. So some sort of data mismatch?

I indulged in a chat at the time a couple of times - they advised basic stuff like deleting cache etc which I had already done. And rebooted - and re-input card details.

Will maybe mail them direct to see if the discrepancy with the wiggle system is relevant.
