Ok, so you have to put up with ads but as an additional means of storage / backup, it's a fair deal IMHO.

I tried to use flickr once but I'm a PC thickie and it was probably broken, anyway it didn't work.

So they've gone to an ad model and made everything free. $50 to remove ads and a whopping $500 to double your storage.

With a bit of luck, Google will up theirs now.

Considering the problems I had even trying to view any of my sets or pictures on the new site last night, I'm not impressed.

On the subject of a free 1TB of storage - aren't you limited to 300Mb of uploads a month on a free account, meaning you'll be dead & buried long before you get anywhere near using it all up......?
