My Century Ride is this coming Sunday. I'm as ready as I'm going to be for it - I have a trainer ride and maybe a short outdoor ride planned for this week (and some runs) but I'm trying to rest up as much as possible.
I do have a question. My saddle is VERY uncomfortable. I thought it would get better, and it has a little, but my bum is seriously sore and chafed at the end of a ride even with chamois cream. I can't decide whether or not to switch it out for my touring saddle which has never hurt me in that way. Any thoughts?
I don't have time for a LONG ride to test out the new saddle on my road bike so it's a bit of a gamble. My husband says not to change anything at this point, and I think he is technically correct....but my bum wants some comfort! What do you reckon?
