Hmmm, no experience but they are very tempting. But the colours most likely aren't a perfect match.

I tried the muddy fox shorts from sports direct and they are rubbish for anything over 5 miles . That's my bottoms opinion not mine .
recently rode 52 miles in them and no problem, no underwear of course and no need for creams etc
Cheers Ed

If they work for you then great  I was doing just under 10 miles a day and they made me sore . Switching to a better pair of shorts was like someone had sprinkled fairy dust on my ass ^_^

Aldi and Lidl do reasonable clothing. I'm often seen in Team Aldi kit.
A bit better quality and a little dearer is Decathlon.
You can also look at Ebay. Especially for jerseys. I don't mind pre-loved jerseys but don't fancy going where someone else's sweaty bits have been .

I regularly buy stuff direct from China on www.aliexpress.co.uk, not all cycling stuff mind.
I've not had any problems with any of the kit of purchased. Some of the items can take a while to be delivered but that's what you get from ordering from China. I tend to only order from suppliers that have had plenty of previous orders.

Muddy fox shorts and tops, can`t really go wrong with a cycling top regardless of make but the shorts are terrible. I would rather go without than wear those shorts, less painful. Have tried to do most of my buying of cycle clothing on the cheap but eventually you suss out that for real quality you have to spend a bit more. Don`t skimp on shorts everything else IMO does not matter so much.

Can see the Sky kit for under £20, how itchy is that stuff then ??

I bought bibshorts and a short sleeve top from China through Ebay at the end of last summer. Wore them a few times on 30 odd mile rides, they were fine.
I'll be wearing them again now the warmer weather is coming.
Sizing is a little tricky, first set were just a bit too snug so bought the next size up. Which reminds me I must flog the smaller set.

The ebay hooky chinese stuff is fine in my experience. Not going to last forever, and the shorts I would keep for shorter rides, but generally good, and allowed me to get exactly the look I wanted. On the shorts, I would avoid any with lots of white (esp round the arse) as it is not the thickest of lycra
