These are fantastic

I'm using one as I type.

They can be had for about 6 quid, and keep my iPhone going for 10 hours easily.

Looks like it was a web error they are now £11.99

Shame. I was gonna order one, as the other half's 6s has the battery issue that shuts the phone down randomly and needs power to turn it back on.

But it's a 4 week wait for the repair.

I've got a few of these, look the same but not quite as cheap, although still cheap enough in my view:

That link doesn't work for me. Just takes me to a generic staples page

I've had a Tecknet one for 3 1/2 years, still going strong. If I lost it, I would probably replace it with one like this. Almost as cheap per mAh as the £.99 one above

have a few different ones that seem to accumulate. I am just charging my Garmin touring with a Solar charger which I bought from Aldi or Lidl's couple of years ago. I just leave it in the shed window and even in winter it charges up. In summer it sits on the top of my panniers and I just forget about it until needed.
I want a small charger with plenty of power now. It is important it has a full size USB port.

I've been thinking about one of these because the battery life on my Garmin Touring is a bit tight for a long day ride.

Lacking the will to look at loads of sites, I clicked on the OP's link and found this Bosch one for a tenner.

It has a lead with both sizes of small USB so should do my Garmin and my employer's smartphone, which may come in handy as I use that for its wi-fi hotspot.

Perhaps a daft question, but can I charge the unit by plugging the big USB plug into a charger and one of the little plugs into the unit?

Edit: Just realised one of the little plugs is an Apple one. Never mind, the thing must work with the Garmin lead I already have.

Can you actually use these while a unit is still running, such as a light?

I think so .... what I do know is that on a Garmin, when riding, many people connect the power bank to the Garmin even if the charge on the Garmin is 100% fully charged. Many claim that when they have completed their long ride, the Garmin is still 100% fully charged

it should work the same on a USB light, but I'm guessing
