Suffered a few punctures lately and have been getting new ones from halfords @ 4.99. Does anyone know if wilkinson do a road one? I know they do MTB. Or anywhere else thats cheaper I can maybe buy 5 at a time?

Have a look about on the web for best bargains normally.
If you keep picking up punctures have a good look at your tyres. It might be a good time, with winter coming, to upgrade. I am not bothered about a bit of extra weight on my bikes so would recomend Marathon Plus's
A more flat proof tyre I have yet to find.

my LBS charges me £3 for Specialized red packet, which are the best - but that's what you get when you shop there a lot.

you can get cheap innter tubes at decathlon, £1.99 each. i found however, it is cheaper and less hassle if you buy puncture resistant tyres.

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
I wish I could bring myself to buy cheap innertubes, unfortunately I am such a tart, I have to have Continentals with the yellow dust caps.

Ribble do 10 x Race 28 for just over £25 (if you make your order up to over £35) You could of course save your yellow dust caps and screw them on even cheaper tubes - no one will ever know! Though I find the end of the cap cracks off eventually - planned obsolesance maybe?
