Those look very pretty and almost works of art but probably a nightmare to ride for any length of time especially looking at those saddles. The weight must be substantial.
I‘d opt for one of the European drop bar bikes. Some of the American stuff is really ’out there’, check the one with horses head and blanket.

These bikes remind me of when US car companies felt cars were as good as they could be and stopped innovating, instead slapping adornments on them.
