Those seem to be front bicycle seats so probably not. I think I will go for a trailer, but I will wait a bit.

Carbon fibre... LMAO!!!
I towed my two girls around in a trailer for years and they loved it.
Drivers gave me so much room it was as if I was pulling a nuclear bomb behind me. It never tipped over or came loose but it had the potential to. Take corners with care and keep an eye on the fastenings. They're better these days though.
You need to be sure your kids can support their own heads weight although that would apply to child seats too.
The thing about trailers is that they'll be protected from all but the worst weather. They can take their teddies/dolls and munch away on snacks in complete safety.
That trailer was used for everything from taking the girls to nursery/school to picnics and shopping trips.
Bloody brilliant things!

I've used all 3 odes back in the day, for little un's the front carrier with windscreen (and leg cover below it) was awesome and, as the weight is carried between the bike axles, the most stable for the bike. and awesome for communicating with them. The are also reasonably protected as they sit within your arms so to speak.

I replaced that with a simple seat on the cross bar and foot rest on down tube when they were older which was good stability wise, but marginally awkward pedaling as and when they got bigger, but less of a pain than a rear seat for when they weren't using it.

If it were daily use I'd prob have gone with trailer or rear seat for the bigger ones. Used both on holidays, trailer was a hoot for the kids but more expensive than rear seats. Rear seat all the kids see is your back.

bigger still I had a tandem kicking around which they also loved, but rarely helped with with pedalling
