Chilli tips!

They're sort of Cajun with paprika and other nice things on them. To be honest I've never bought them before I bought some on a whim last week.

I've had curly fries before, by accident. They came with a pub meal. I thought they were horrible, because of all the gunk on them. I like plain rice or bread as a foil to the rich and spicy flavours of the chilli, otherwise it's all a bit too busy.

Could it bring jazz up to an acceptable standard?

For next time try adding some strong black coffe in place of any stock. I read it would be what the Gauchos would use in preparing their chilli. I've tried it and it tastes wonderful. Also have a chilli recipe from Ainsley Harriott which uses coffee and chinese 5 spice which makes an interesting flavour.

Well that's the hard core variety that will always be a bit left-field, I was wondering about that fluffy middle-class stuff by Miles Parker and Charlie Davis.
