No Christmas tree in the Drago household this year. With an energetic labrador puppy in the house I suspect it wouldn't last long!

I came home from my bike ride to find Mrs W watching Christmas with the cranks.😳

In the 1980s my parents lived not so far from a dual carriageway main road which had conifers planted on the embankment.
My mum decided that an entire Christmas tree was overkill, so each December she would nip out with a pair of loppers and come back with a substantial chunk of conifer.
