Slight leaning towards the early 70's here:

T.Rex - Electic Warrior
Wizzard - Wizzards Brew
The Kinks - Are the Village Green Presevation Society
David Bowie - Diamond Dogs
Sparks - Propaganda

Deeply uncool, but Electric Light Orcestra's self titled debut is amazing.

My personal favorite: T-Rex - Zinc Alloy and the Hidden Riders of Tomorrow..... bit of a marmite album, but if you get it it's incredible.

Rickie Lee Jones eponymous album.

Tom Waits - Swordfishtrombone, The Heart of Saturday Night.

Taj Mahal's eponymous first album.

Canned Heat - Boogie with Canned Heat

Junior Walker and the AllStars - Roadrunner

Warren Zevon - Bad Luck Streak at Dancing School

MumiyTroll - Memuari

Albums I keep coming back to and don't get bored of:-

Killers - Hot Fuss
Sarah Maclachlan - Surfacing
Editors - The Back Room
Banco de Gaia - Maya
Keane - Hopes and Fears
G'n'R - Appetite for Destruction
Pogues - Rum, Sodomy and the Lash

Alex - Propaganda, oh yes! Cracking album. ;)

Another vote for Back in Black....for me it's the best they did, and at a time when they could easily have called it a day after Bon Scott left us.

Muse - Absolution
Dire Straits - Brothers in arms
Silencers - A Blues For Buddha

Elmer Fudd

Miserable Old Bar Steward
