Please excuse my ignorance but fairly new to road biking, i bought Time road shoes with Look Keo Easy pedals, i have managed to damage one of the cleats screwed to my shoe and its not 100% secure while cycling.
Are cleats universal or do i have to source a specific size to fit my pedals/shoes???????

You need to buy cleats to match your pedals, i.e. Look Keo cleats. Road shoes work with a variety of cleats (e.g. Look, Time, SPD-SL) as they all have a triangular bolt pattern, but the cleats should match the pedals. Look cleats come in different colours for differing float amounts. Yours probably came with grey cleats (4.5 degree float) but there are red (9 degree) and black (0 degree) also. Keo cleats also have a more expensive 'grip' version to reduce slippiness on the ground. Decathlon sell the standard ones for about £10.

No specific size - they are all the same. But you will need Look Keo cleats -they come with various degrees of float and some have a grippy surface to stop you slipping when walking.

When you say "damaged" - what exactly do you mean. Has the thread gone?
