Clipless Pedals-Some advice

1st crash on new bike, note to self...remember when wearing clip less pedals remember to unclip foot at traffic lights thus avoiding comedy falling off bike whilst still firmly attached to it! Still the it amused the Que at the traffic lights!

Trick is to make it somehow look like you were testing the pedals and meant to do it

Solution choose same foot to unclip before you stop!

I had no probs for 3 weeks, was reminding myself in my head every time i had to slow down to stop to twist the foot. This time the lights were red so i thought id just do the slow thing and by the time i got to the lights they might change. They didn't, by the time i reached the lights i was to slow to twist out of the pedals and just kind of toppled over like a felled tree! Anyway i thought id post here to make everyone who had ever done the same to feel a little better about themselves as laughter is the best medicine!

Just slam the front brake on, stand on the pedals and load the frame while twisting the handlebars for balance.
