Hi
I have this
http://www.clixqr.com/image/Manual.pdf

I noticed today when wheeling out the bike and testing the front brake that the Cup is all bent out of shape. This caused the QR not to be as tight as it should and as I have disc brakes it caused the front wheel to sort of bend when I applied the brakes.

Bit concered that the Cup is only plastic yet seems to hold the QR tightness.

Do I need to replace it ?

You might need new some time soon.

I had one that the cup wore on a MTB QR, and the lever would come loose - tighten, then you could watch it undo....

Just took it off - It looks like the plastic cup covers a fat metal washer so I think what's happened is the plastic cup has been bent out of shape and thus sitting on the forks rather than the metal washer sitting on it. So I have just bent the plastic cup back and hopefully this has solved it. Nice to see I have been tootling down the hill at 35mph with just a bit of plastic holding my wheel on !!
