Close pass - on the wrong side of the road

Looks like they were taking the apex of the bend as they thought its a country lanes so nowt about ( from their POV ) , reckless and stupid .
I see that now and again on my commute .

A police car on an emergency call did a similar thing to me a few months ago, but much faster and scarier (he was overtaking another vehicle at speed). Made me dismount and shout ****!

I had a brake lever/wing mirror interface event with an oncoming car cutting the corner one time. I gave myself an extra pint when I got to the pub to settle the nerves.
