Clueless and new to this lark

I'm 6ft 1in, and not skinny. I have recently taken up cycling again and I can't get my head around sizing. I think a hybrid best suits my needs but I don't know what frame of wheel size I need.

I intend to purchase any bike online, I have looked at this one (see link below) and don't know if the 21 inch "size" is appropiate for me.

Best thing if clueless. Don't buy online. Go to evans with your bank card and photo id and have a test ride of some bikes.

Many newbies have made costly mistakes buying without trying

I see you are in Scotland, but you do need to visit a bike shop even if it means a lot of travelling.

Doesn't have to be Evans, you are looking at a popular section of the market so most bike shops will have a good selection.

Post a more exact location and one of the many Scottish members on here will point you in the direction of a shop.
