coast to coast info needed.

Last year a group of us did a bike ride in aid of a close friend of ours totaling 83 miles,anyway i was thinking of organising the coast to coast (road bike route) for this year.

Can this be done anytime(as part of a package deal) any info would be great.

Plenty of C2C's these days, start with your own map and then get a couple of guide's out of the library. If you are going to ride the Cumberland / Tyn & Wear C2C. Starting at Whitehaven & finishing finishing at Sunderland is probably better if you are going to use trains to get home but I preffer Tynemouth (with a bit of extra riding you can do both). If you want a real good one and have the transport do The Great Glen Way or Just get the train to Glasgow and ride the canals to Edinburgh.
