The Coke Zero advert shows a number of cyclists without helmets wish to therore complain about this advert on the grounds that it is 'socially irresponsible and likely to condone or encourage behaviour prejudicial to health and safety'
The ASA has a duty for consistency and I therefore wish this advert to be banned for the above reasons given in previous decisions
