Collecting money for a gift (on Line)

I have been asked to collect money for a joint gift (50th) I looked at the paypal pool but you need a paypal account to contribute, can anyone recommend a safe site to do this, I am cautious as I will be dealing with other peoples donations.thanks in advance

Could you ask them to transfer money into your account instead of the pay pal?
Most have online banking nowadays, transfers are instant.
You will need to provide your sort code plus account number.

That’s what I do if I am organising stuff. I Just get money sent to my account.

As long as the payments are referenced properly it is very easy to administer and no one has ever had trust issues.
