What should I do with Colnago frame

I agree that Colnago is a failing brand these days. In a decade their brand will be so damaged, nobody will want to own one! Sell it now and make lots of money while you can!

Not sure that applies with vintage frames. For example Rossin are back in business making modern bikes which haven't set the world alight at this stage, yet their vintage bikes/frames are sought after. Colnago could make modern bikes with scaffolding poles and it wouldn't make any difference to those with a knowledge of cycling history (and they're the people in iterested in vintage frames normally). The Master Olympic will fetch big bucks whatever people think of the modern bikes. The bottom line is; were the vintage frames well made, do they ride well, do they look good? The answer to all three has to be Yes.
