With the wheels on you can see the very close clearances. Look at the angle of that head tube. It looks fast just standing still.
I hate to tell you how much I paid for it. Dates from 1987.
go on whisper it !!

I guessed Colnago ! It should look nice once touched up .

That must be the most severe head angle geometry I've ever seen on a bike. Hate to imagine how twitchy it would be to ride.
A crony of mine owns a Master made of crimped Columbus tubing as a pub hack bike (don't ask, he's not quite the full ticket!) and I'm sure the geometry on that looks pretty mild compared to this one.

Is it the sort of quality frame you'd expect to see; i.e. double-butted Columbus? I can't believe how little clearance there is between the tyre and the seat tube. Looks like if you picked up a bit of sticky tarmac from the road, it would touch the frame!
The Master frame I alluded to above has absolutely no serial numbers on it anywhere, and no sign of any having been filed off. I even checked the forks where they go inside the head tube. It's extremely light though, definitely not a gas pipe dressed up snide copy.

Yup, that looks every inch a Colnago Sport and a really nice find

For comparison, here's one just like it in Germany.
