Does anyone know where I can buy a decent quality, made from metal combined Presta plus Schrader valve head form?

The plastic combinded head on my track pump is worn out on both valves inlets, and these days I am having to inflate tyres with both types of valve on a daily basis.Iideally it would be suitable to fitting onto the tyre inflator airline we have for the workshop compressor.

This looks like it's partly metal. There might be others on the same page at ChainReaction.

Errr.......... no.

I take it the OP means he needs a new valve head for his track pump, yes?

A few months ago I got this Topeak Twin head valve adaptor for my Specialised track pump where the plastic head valve rubbers had worn out. Searching Specialised drew a blank until I found this,

I bought it, I fitted it and it works a treat far better than the crap plastic Specialised variant I suffered for many years. This Topeak one is all metal and is a quality piece valve head. I now have a tube that is very long between pump and valve as I cut off the old crappy plastic head and then made a join with the new tube which is quite long on which was the new head at the other end. I think I used one of the adaptor/joiners in the kit and a couple of my own (better) jubilee clips, but everything is in the kit to attach the new hose and valve head to your old track pump.

Evans delivered it very promptly. Well worth £14.99 imho, but as always could be cheaper, but no complaints otherwise.

This is a new head for a track pump, it also features a pressure release button and uses push fit connection (similar to that seen in diving equipment) so no swing arm clamping and no bent valves.
