On my third day of the week today and starting to feel the old legs ache and no sure I can do the 4 days I promised myself..
Anyone else take a bit of time to be able to commute 4/5 days a week?
Take it easy if you are just starting or building up to a full 5 day week commute.
No use pushing yourself too hard as you will only start to hate doing it and find it a grind.
Build it up bit by bit.
How long is your commute btw?
