Cooling off after the ride in, I find most important. Arrive 10 minutes early, after coasting the last mile in. I refuse to use wipes, I'm lucky that we have paper towel dispensers, only need 2 or 3 to get dry after a quick swill at the sink. The only thing I would regard as vital for the commute? Always have dry socks and shoes in work. Nothing smells worse than steaming footwear after the wet ride in.
